Our core commitment: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Your information is used solely to help you participate in the democratic process.

We collect information in two ways — information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use our site.

Information you provide directly:

• Name, email address, and phone number when you sign up for updates, pledge to vote, or volunteer

• Home address when using voter registration or polling place lookup tools

• Contact information submitted through forms on the site

Information collected automatically when you visit:

• General location (city/state level)

• Browser type, device type, and operating system

• Pages visited and how you navigate the site

Arab.Vote uses voter tools powered by CivicEngine (BallotReady) to provide voter registration lookup, ballot information, polling place finder, and election planning services.

• Your address is used solely to provide you with personalized election information

• We do not store your voter registration status or ballot choices

• We do not share voter data with campaigns, political parties, or PACs

• CivicEngine (BallotReady): To power our voter tools as described in Section 3

• ADC: As Arab.Vote is an initiative of ADC, your information may be shared with ADC for civic engagement purposes consistent with this policy

• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Arab.Vote, ADC, or the public

• With your consent: For any other purpose only with your explicit permission

• Access: Request a copy of the information we hold about you

• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate information

• Deletion: Request that we delete your information

• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send
